Terms of Service

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by IssueTalk (the "Company").

1. Purpose

These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users regarding the use of IssueTalk and its multilingual editions (English, Japanese, Spanish).

2. Copyright

The copyright in all content published on IssueTalk — articles, images, edited works — belongs to the Company or its rightful owners. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or transmission without prior consent is prohibited.

3. Source and translation

IssueTalk takes Korean articles as the source and provides translations in English, Japanese and Spanish. Translations are intended to convey the meaning of the original; in case of interpretive differences, the Korean original prevails.

4. Disclaimer

The Company strives for accuracy but is not liable for damages arising from third-party information or external links.

5. Changes to the terms

The Company may amend these terms within the bounds of applicable law and will announce changes within the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the service are brought before the competent court.
